How To Cancel a BeenVerified Subscription Online

You can cancel your BeenVerified subscription online in three ways:

  1. Via the official website
  2. Through live chat
  3. By filling out a contact form

To discontinue your BeenVerified membership through the official website, take the steps below:

  1. Log in to your BeenVerified account on a computer browser.
  2. Click the Contact Us button in the footer of the page.
  3. Choose the Cancel My Account option from the available options.
  4. Confirm your cancellation request when prompted.

If you prefer to cancel via live chat, look for a "Chat With Us Live" link on the BeenVerified website. You will be connected to a customer support representative who can assist you with your cancellation. Alternatively, you can use the contact form on the "My Account" page to submit your cancellation request.

To cancel your BeenVerified subscription via email, you will need to send an email to support@beenverified.com. In the email, include your full name, account information, and a request to cancel your subscription. How To Cancel BeenVerified by Phone

If you prefer to cancel your BeenVerified account over the phone, you can do so by calling 1-866-885-6480. To save time, it's recommended to have your 9-digit member ID number ready before calling. You can find this number in your New Member Welcome email or on the right-hand side of the Dashboard of your BeenVerified account. Once connected, inform the customer support representative of your cancellation request and follow the instructions provided to complete the process.

If you signed up for a BeenVerified subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, you will need to follow the respective platform’s cancellation instructions.
